As a Video Editing Expert, you will play a crucial role in enhancing AI training processes by leveraging your extensive expertise in video editing and post-production. Your contributions will directly impact the development of innovative AI technologies, ensuring the highest standards of technical and creative quality in interview content.
Key Responsibilities- Review, evaluate, and refine interview content related to video editing and post-production workflows.
- Assess technical execution, narrative structure, and creative choices in video editing materials.
- Provide detailed feedback on storytelling, pacing, and editing decisions to improve content quality.
- Evaluate and enhance AI-generated interview materials for authenticity and clarity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate the accuracy of training data and evaluation protocols.
- Ensure audio synchronization, color correction, and motion graphics meet industry best practices.
- Stay current on emerging video editing trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Minimum 3 years of professional video editing experience.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut.
- Strong grasp of storytelling, narrative structure, cutting, and pacing techniques.
- Proven experience in audio editing and synchronization.
- Solid understanding of color correction, color grading, and motion graphics basics.
- Familiarity with various file formats and export settings for different platforms.
- Deep knowledge of diverse content formats and digital video standards.
- Prior experience with AI training data or content evaluation.
- Background in instructional design or technical content development.
- Demonstrated success in a video editing specialist or reviewer role.
This is a contract position with remote work flexibility.
CompensationHourly pay ranges from $15 to $40, based on experience and expertise.
