Key Responsibilities- Review AI-generated legal guidance for civil legal services workflows
- Evaluate procedural correctness and completeness of documentation
- Assess scenarios related to housing, family law, consumer debt, and bankruptcy
- Identify filing errors, missing procedural steps, and jurisdictional pitfalls
- Provide clear, structured written feedback to improve guidance accuracy and usability
- Significant experience as a Senior Paralegal or as an Accredited Representative
- Strong knowledge of civil legal procedures
- Practical experience supporting housing, family, consumer, or debt matters
- Excellent written communication skills, able to produce structured feedback
- Experience in legal aid or nonprofit legal services
- Familiarity with jurisdiction-specific filing procedures
- Experience working with underserved populations
- Experience mentoring or supervising legal support staff
