Salesforce CRM Specialist

Role Overview

Apply hands-on Salesforce expertise to help train next-generation AI systems through accurate, real-world workflows, documentation, and expert feedback. This remote contract role values strong written and verbal communication and does not require prior AI experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete and review realistic Salesforce workflows.
• Work with leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, and other CRM records.
• Create and manage Salesforce reports and dashboards.
• Use Salesforce Flow and automation features to support common business processes.
• Manage and organize CRM data accurately.
• Explore Salesforce features and identify common real-world use cases.
• Document the steps required to complete Salesforce workflows clearly.
• Review workflows and provide feedback based on Salesforce experience.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM.
• Experience managing leads, contacts, accounts, and opportunities.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Flow, workflow automation, reports, and dashboards.
• Experience using Salesforce for sales, CRM, or business operations workflows.
• Strong understanding of CRM data management.
• Ability to explain Salesforce workflows clearly and accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Salesforce certifications are valued but not required.

Work Terms

• Remote contract engagement.

Compensation

• $28 to $92 per hour.
