  • Collaborate with a team of retail experts to deliver high-impact, accurate data to AI training workflows.
  • Deliver clear, exceptionally written and verbal feedback on retail process documentation and training scenarios.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to ensure input reflects current retail best practices.
Qualifications:
  • 5-10+ years of experience in retail management, merchandising, inventory, or e-commerce leadership roles.
  • Strong command of demand forecasting, markdown planning, and pricing strategy in a retail context.
  • Deep knowledge of omnichannel and e-commerce operations, with a focus on data-driven decision making.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, this is essential for success in the role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in analyzing complex retail scenarios and providing actionable insights.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other retail experts in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Work Terms:

Contract position with remote work flexibility.

Compensation:

Hourly rate between $40 - $65.
