Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert insights into retail operations, focusing on merchandising, inventory management, and e-commerce strategy.
- Develop and analyze demand forecasting models to improve stock levels and reduce overstock situations.
- Contribute to the creation and refinement of markdown strategy plans and competitive pricing matrices.
- Evaluate and optimize omnichannel sales strategies to enhance the customer experience and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with a team of retail experts to deliver high-impact, accurate data to AI training workflows.
- Deliver clear, exceptionally written and verbal feedback on retail process documentation and training scenarios.
- Stay updated on industry trends to ensure input reflects current retail best practices.
- 5-10+ years of experience in retail management, merchandising, inventory, or e-commerce leadership roles.
- Strong command of demand forecasting, markdown planning, and pricing strategy in a retail context.
- Deep knowledge of omnichannel and e-commerce operations, with a focus on data-driven decision making.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, this is essential for success in the role.
- Demonstrated expertise in analyzing complex retail scenarios and providing actionable insights.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other retail experts in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Proficiency with digital collaboration tools and documentation platforms.
Contract position with remote work flexibility.
Compensation:Hourly rate between $40 - $65.
Eligibility:Open to candidates with relevant experience, including those from US, CAN, UK, and exceptional candidates from Europe and LATAM.
