Role Overview:

This position focuses on enhancing large language models (LLMs) like ChatGPT through analytical projects that leverage your strong analytical and English comprehension skills. You will read, summarize, and deconstruct extensive content into manageable logical segments, conduct online research, and validate claims made in the content. Your work will not only contribute to the fine-tuning of LLMs but also help you develop skills to utilize AI effectively in your analytical career.

What does day-to-day look like:

Your daily activities will involve addressing a variety of analytical questions and creating scenarios that train LLMs for improved performance. For instance, you may analyze sales distributions to determine growth locations or solve logical puzzles involving neighborhood mail delivery rules. These tasks will help the models learn and improve.

  • Analyze sales growth based on monthly distributions across locations, considering time periods and variability.
  • Determine delivery routes for a postman assigned to specific neighborhoods under given constraints.

Requirements:

  • English Proficiency: High-level reading and writing skills in English.
  • Mathematical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of algebra, geometry, trigonometry, and calculus at the high school/college level.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to tackle complex problems systematically and creatively.
  • Explanation Skills: Capability to articulate solutions in clear, understandable steps.
  • Time Management: Efficient problem-solving skills to meet deadlines.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills for explaining mathematical concepts.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to engage with various math problems and student needs.
  • Commitment: Availability to work full-time, 40 hours per week.
  • Technical Setup: Desktop or laptop with a reliable internet connection and necessary software for mathematical computations and online collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor''s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, or a related field, or demonstrated exceptional math skills without a formal degree.
  • Experience in tutoring or teaching mathematics at the high school or engineering college level.
  • Familiarity with standardized testing formats and requirements.
