- Improve quality processes, checklists, and evaluation criteria.
- Collaborate asynchronously with a distributed team working across time zones.
- Experience in quality assurance, quality control, or another review-centered role.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot overlooked errors.
- Excellent written communication skills and the ability to provide clear, constructive feedback.
- Comfort working with ambiguity and evolving standards in a fast-paced environment.
- A reliable internet connection and quiet, focused workspace.
- Familiarity with data annotation, content review, or evaluation workflows.
- Experience working with remote or distributed teams.
- Relevant technical, editorial, or analytical domain experience.
