Role Overview

This role involves applying your expertise in public administration to help train next-generation AI systems. Your contributions will significantly influence how models learn, reason, and perform by providing high-quality, real-world input.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze public agency budget proposals, regional zoning reports, and emergency response schedules to provide domain-specific insights.
  • Enhance data quality for AI model training by contributing your expert knowledge of government, administrative services, and urban/city planning.
  • Evaluate compliance documentation and non-profit/government policies for accuracy, clarity, and relevance.
  • Collaborate with a global, remote team to ensure best practices in information handling and project delivery.
  • Communicate findings and feedback through clear, detailed written and verbal reports.
  • Support the ongoing improvement of project guidelines by providing expert recommendations.
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions with other subject matter experts across the US, Canada, UK, and other regions.
Qualifications
  • 5-10+ years of experience in public administration, government, non-profit, or related human service fields.
  • Proven expertise as an Administrative Services Manager, Urban/City Planner, Government Official, or Compliance Officer.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, an absolute must for this project.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in interpreting and generating public sector documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical capabilities.
  • Experience managing or contributing to public agency budgets, compliance reviews, and policy implementation.
  • Ability to dedicate at least 10+ hours per week, with flexibility for additional hours as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Current or recent work with government agencies in the US, Canada, or UK.
  • Experience with regional zoning, emergency management, or human services policy at an expert level.
  • Background working with or advising non-profit organizations serving the public sector.
Work Terms

Contract position with remote work flexibility.

Compensation

Hourly rate between $40 - $65.
