Professional Services Consultant for AI Model Training

This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your domain expertise in software development, management consulting, legal, or accounting/auditing to influence the training of next-generation AI systems. As a Professional Services Consultant, you will provide critical real-world input that shapes how AI models learn, reason, and perform.

• Utilize your deep domain expertise to deliver essential insights and guidance.
• Draft, evaluate, and revise strategic slide decks, contract risk assessments, and financial audit reports to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
• Provide clear and comprehensive written and verbal feedback on complex scenarios and project materials.
• Collaborate with the customer’s team and other expert consultants to align with project milestones and objectives.
• Analyze domain-specific data to support the high-quality training of AI models.
• Participate in expert reviews to maintain industry standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Commit to a minimum of 10+ hours per week to deliver impactful results.

• Extensive experience as a consultant, lawyer, auditor, or developer (minimum 5-10+ years preferred).
• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in preparing and reviewing strategic slide decks, contracts, risk documentation, or end-of-year financial audit reports.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex concepts into clear guidance.
• Proven ability to collaborate in distributed teams and adapt to evolving project requirements.
• Demonstrated record of delivering high-quality, expert-level work on deadline.
• Technologically adept, with the ability to quickly learn and utilize online collaboration tools.

• Located in the US, Canada, UK, Europe, or LATAM with a strong record of cross-functional teamwork.
• Prior experience in professional services projects or consulting for enterprise clients.
• Experience in remote, fast-paced, or AI-adjacent environments is a plus.

Contract position with remote work flexibility.

Hourly rate of $40 - $65.

Open to candidates with the required qualifications and experience, preferably based in the specified regions.
