Role Overview
Reconstruct and strengthen operations and service delivery presentations to provide high-quality, real-world input that helps train next-generation AI systems. You will turn slide images into clear, accurate Microsoft PowerPoint deliverables for executive and client-facing audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Rebuild business slides covering process improvement, logistics reviews, service-level reviews, capacity planning, and related operational topics.
- Reconstruct each slide in Microsoft PowerPoint while preserving accurate industry terminology and definitions.
- Improve data visualization, message hierarchy, and narrative flow using visual storytelling best practices.
- Document slide-level changes, including improvements made and elements intentionally retained, with a written rationale for each decision.
- Provide written logs explaining enhancements and decisions not to alter sound existing content or design choices.
- Edit content for precision, factual accuracy, and effective executive and client communication.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in operations, supply chain, service delivery, or process improvement in an industry or consulting environment.
- Demonstrated experience designing and improving executive-level Microsoft PowerPoint presentations for senior leaders or clients.
- Strong skills in PowerPoint slide reconstruction, presentation design, data visualization, visual storytelling, and content editing.
- Excellent written communication skills and the ability to clearly justify design, content, and analytical decisions.
- Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and commitment to factual accuracy and domain integrity.
- Familiarity with message hierarchy, evidence-supported slide titles, and selecting the right exhibit for the intended message.
- Experience with AI model training, evaluation, or rubric development is beneficial but not required.
Work Terms
- Remote independent contractor engagement.
- Flexible, project-based work.
- Expected effort is 1 to 2 hours per slide.
- Assignment volume may vary according to project needs.
- No prior AI experience is required.
Compensation
$150 to $350 per hour.
