Operations Analyst for Google Workspace

As an Operations Analyst specializing in Google Workspace, you will play a crucial role in optimizing operational workflows and enhancing collaboration within teams. Your expertise will directly contribute to the training of next-generation AI systems, ensuring that models learn and perform effectively through high-quality, real-world input.

• Analyze and optimize operational workflows using Google Workspace tools to drive efficiency and consistency.
• Collaborate closely with the customer’s team to identify process improvements and enhance collaboration within Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
• Provide detailed feedback and structured input to support AI training projects, ensuring high-quality data and real-world relevance.
• Document procedures and best practices, maintaining clear and concise communication across all operational initiatives.
• Conduct audits of data and workflows to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.
• Support ongoing operations and troubleshoot issues related to Google Workspace tools.
• Contribute to team meetings and knowledge-sharing activities to continuously improve project outcomes.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, process improvement, or related roles.
• Expert-level proficiency with Google Workspace tools, especially Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and clarity.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex workflows and develop actionable recommendations.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills; able to juggle multiple priorities in a remote setting.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive independently as well as within a collaborative, distributed team.

Contract position with remote work flexibility.

Hourly pay ranging from $63 to $119.
