Key Responsibilities:- Utilize Notion daily to execute assigned workflows with precision and efficiency.
- Annotate, organize, and prepare content within Notion as part of the AI training process.
- Identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks in Notion, proposing improvements as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to exchange insights and best practices for effective Notion usage.
- Document processes and maintain current records in Notion databases.
- Provide actionable feedback on Notion usage and interface organization to the customer’s team.
- Communicate observations and recommendations clearly through written documentation and verbal briefings.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience using Notion.
- Strong organizational and digital documentation skills within Notion workspaces.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to convey ideas clearly and professionally.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and consistency in data handling.
- Self-motivated and proactive in completing tasks in a remote work environment.
- Quick learner, comfortable adapting to new instructions and feedback in an AI-focused setting.
- Reliable internet connection and proficiency in remote collaboration tools.
- Experience collaborating with teams in AI training, data annotation, or SaaS environments.
- Familiarity with advanced Notion features such as relational databases, templates, and integrations.
- Ability to communicate technical feedback constructively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Contract position with remote work flexibility.
Compensation:Hourly rate ranging from $20 to $70.
