About this role
This role focuses on the integration of network engineering and programming to enhance data-driven intelligent systems. As a key contributor, you will help structure, label, and operationalize network data, playing a vital role in the development of vertically integrated networking systems that support the next generation of autonomous infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:- Review real-world data from deployed networks, including logs, configurations, telemetry, and event streams.
- Label, classify, and analyze network behaviors, issues, and anomalies.
- Write scripts and tools to process, clean, and transform network data.
- Help define schemas and structure for large-scale data pipelines.
- Collaborate closely with the client team to improve data quality and usability for machine learning systems.
- Experience working as a network engineer, ideally with enterprise networks (switches, APs, firewalls, etc.) — Must Have
- Programming or scripting experience (e.g., Python, Bash, or similar) — Must Have
- Comfortable interpreting logs, events, and time-series metrics.
- Experience automating workflows or working with data pipelines (nice to have).
- Curiosity about how raw infrastructure data becomes machine learning input.
- Excitement to contribute to the future of autonomous networking systems.
- Location: Remote, with a higher in-office expectation than typical network engineering roles.
- Commitment: Full-time.
- Collaboration: Directly work with the client team.
- Hourly rate: $50 - $70.
