This role offers the opportunity to engage in a short, high-intensity sprint focused on call evaluation and transcription tasks. You will be part of a fast-moving project that prioritizes quality and consistency in evaluating multilingual calls.
Key Responsibilities- Place and review scripted or semi-structured calls
- Evaluate call quality, including pronunciation, prosody, phrasing, and fluency
- Score calls based on provided guidelines
- Complete transcription tasks accurately and efficiently

- Prior experience in data annotation, evaluation, or AI-related work is preferred
This is a short-term sprint lasting 2–4 weeks with consistent weekly hours.
Additional NotesParticipants will need to complete a 1-hour security setup via Vanta, which includes downloading a password manager, installing Vanta, encrypting your hard drive, and undergoing security training. This setup is paid time and must be completed within 24 hours of signing the contract to begin the project. Please apply only if you are comfortable with these requirements.
