This remote contractor role centers on interpreting complex clinical and epidemiological visualizations, developing precise analytical questions, and documenting expert-level reasoning. Prior AI experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interpret complex medical and biostatistical charts, including Kaplan-Meier curves, forest plots, ROC curves, hazard-ratio plots, and related clinical or epidemiological visualizations.
  • Create clear, objective, multi-step questions based on detailed visual data that require quantitative reasoning and interpretation beyond basic data extraction.
  • Provide precise, unambiguous answers with comprehensive step-by-step explanations of calculations, statistical inferences, or clinical judgment.
  • Use accurate medical and biostatistical terminology, including units, scales, confidence intervals, p-values, and chart annotations.
  • Design reasoning tasks involving graphical interpretation, comparisons, calculations, trend analysis, and data interpolation while avoiding subjective or ambiguous wording.
  • Collaborate reliably with remote project teams through written and verbal communication, incorporate feedback, and maintain consistent quality.
  • Produce verifiable reasoning assignments that support AI training and evaluation use cases.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor''s, Master''s, or Doctoral degree, such as an MD, MPH, PhD, or equivalent, in Medicine, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Public Health, or a closely related clinical or quantitative field.
  • At least two years of professional, academic, or research experience interpreting clinical-trial data, survival analyses, or epidemiological visualizations.
  • Advanced ability to interpret chart axes, legends, units, scales, confidence intervals, and statistical annotations in medical visualizations.
  • Strong chart-interpretation accuracy, multi-step quantitative reasoning, and skill in designing unambiguous analytical questions.
  • Ability to explain clinical or biostatistical reasoning clearly in high-quality written and spoken English.
  • Bilingual English proficiency and a second language relevant to medical or research practice are preferred.
  • Experience with technical documentation, scientific publishing, assessment or analytical task development, structured data annotation, benchmark-question development, technical reporting, or related clinical, research, or AI-focused work is preferred.

Work Terms

  • Remote contract engagement.
  • Collaboration requires dependable written and verbal communication with project teams.

Compensation

$25 to $50 per hour.
