Role Overview
Apply your medical communications expertise to help develop AI assisted tools for medical communications and healthcare provider engagement. You will contribute real world input that helps AI systems learn, reason, and perform. Prior AI experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Author and review realistic evaluation tasks using medical education modules, advisory board summaries, scientific slide decks, HCP materials, and digital medical web content.
- Assess AI generated content for scientific accuracy, fair balance, and appropriate framing for HCP and patient audiences.
- Evaluate tone, strategic messaging, clarity, and visual presentation logic in slide decks and educational assets, ensuring scientific concepts are communicated accurately without oversimplification.
- Trace claims, infographics, and slide statements to supporting scientific literature, trial data, and clinical summaries to maintain source fidelity.
- Provide detailed, structured written feedback on model strengths and deficiencies to support performance improvements.
- Collaborate with project leads to develop benchmarks, quality rubrics, and evaluation frameworks for medical communications content generation.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in Medical Communications, Medical Education, or Medical Affairs within a specialized agency, biotech or pharmaceutical sponsor, or consultancy.
- Experience producing scientific slide decks, advisory board summaries, medical education modules, and web or digital content.
- Understanding of medical affairs strategy, scientific platform alignment, and regulatory and compliance requirements for HCP and patient communications.
- Ability to assess visual and written content together for data integrity and audience engagement.
- Exceptional medical writing, communication, structured critique, and editorial guidance skills.
- An advanced life sciences, pharmacy, or medical degree, including PhD, PharmD, MD, or MSc, or equivalent industry experience.
- Broad therapeutic experience. Oncology, neurology, or cardiology experience is highly desirable.
Work Terms
- Remote contract engagement.
Compensation
- $50 to $80 per hour.
