Python Developer for AI Training

In this role, you will play a crucial part in validating and ensuring the quality of training data used to develop advanced agentic AI systems. Your expertise in programming and data management will be essential as you work with function-calling methods to create structured tasks, maintaining data workflows that are consistent, accurate, and aligned with the latest AI requirements.

• Validate large-scale training datasets and uphold strict quality standards.
• Create, manipulate, and structure JSON tasks for function-calling workflows.
• Collaborate closely with AI researchers and teams to align datasets with agentic AI use cases.
• Monitor data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across various projects.
• Contribute to documentation and best practices for dataset preparation and validation.

• Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Java, or any other programming languages for data handling and workflow automation.
• Solid understanding of SQL for querying and managing datasets.
• Expertise or knowledge in handling JSON.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on data quality and consistency.
• Interest in or exposure to agentic AI, LLMs, or NLP best practices.
• Bonus: Prior experience with data annotation tools or prompt engineering for Agent AI.

• Commitments Required: At least 4 hours per day and a minimum of 20 hours per week with 4 hours overlap with PST. Options for time commitment include 20 hrs/week, 30 hrs/week, or 40 hrs/week.
• Engagement Type: Contractor assignment (no medical/paid leave).
• Duration of Contract: 1 month (adjustable based on engagement).
• Location: Candidates from India, Pakistan, Nigeria, Kenya, Egypt, Ghana, Bangladesh, Turkey, Brazil, and Mexico are eligible.

The evaluation process includes an automated coding challenge (30-45 mins) in your chosen programming language and a function calling MCQ test (30 mins), both of which can be completed online at your convenience.
