• Build three-statement and leveraged buyout models from filing sets, then create evaluation criteria that identify errors in an AI-generated model.
• Review AI-generated comparable-company and precedent-transaction analyses, explaining issues with multiples, calendarization, or peer selection.
• Assess AI-drafted confidential information memoranda and pitch materials against the standard an managing director would send, documenting the rationale for each deduction.

• Professional experience in financial modeling, valuation, or deal execution.
• Clear written communication and the ability to explain professional judgment.
• Comfort working through ambiguous assignments and flagging unclear instructions.
• Relevant backgrounds may include M&A, leveraged finance, restructuring, ECM/DCM, private equity, growth equity, private credit, distressed investing, corporate development, or in-house M&A.
• Firm pedigree is less important than having personally built models and prepared transaction materials recently enough to clearly explain the judgment behind them.

• Remote, hourly project work.
• Each matched project will specify its rate, hours, and client.
• Project invitations depend on current client demand and may arrive within a week or take several months.

Past project rates have ranged from $100 to $130 per hour, with final rates set by each project’s scope and required depth of expertise.
