Incident Management and Reliability Evaluator for AI Outputs

As an expert Evaluator in Incident Management, Reliability, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), you will play a crucial role in reviewing and assessing AI-generated work products, including documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. Your deep subject-matter expertise will be essential in grading outputs for accuracy, rigor, and domain quality.

• Evaluate AI-generated artifacts against domain-specific quality rubrics.
• Identify factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors.
• Provide clear, structured written feedback.

• Must Have: 5+ years of relevant professional experience in Incident Management, Reliability, or SRE.
• Must Have: Native or professional fluency in English.
• Must Have: Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Google Slides and PowerPoint.
• Nice to Have: Advanced degree (Master''s or higher) from a reputable institution.

This is a remote, hourly engagement.

Hourly compensation ranges from $80 to $120.
