About this role
Role Overview
Join an innovative project focused on enhancing frontier AI coding models through structured technical assessments. This role emphasizes evaluating and improving AI-generated frontend code, engaging in realistic engineering workflows rather than traditional software development. Opportunities are limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize frontier AI coding agents to execute and assess complex engineering tasks.
- Review model-generated frontend code for correctness, quality, maintainability, accessibility, and performance.
- Identify bugs, edge cases, and failure modes in model outputs.
- Compare outputs from multiple frontier models to evaluate their strengths and weaknesses.
- Apply professional engineering judgment to realistic frontend engineering scenarios.
This is a sprint-based project that operates in 12-24 hour stretches, depending on client requirements.
CompensationEarn $400 for each accepted task, with typical tasks taking approximately 2-3 hours after ramp-up. Compensation is directly tied to accepted work.
Qualifications- Minimum of 2 years of professional frontend engineering experience.
- Experience in building modern web applications using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, or similar technologies.
- Regular use of AI coding agents such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Windsurf, Gemini CLI, or similar tools.
- Ability to evaluate model-generated frontend implementations, UI architecture, and performance optimizations.
- Experience with large-scale consumer or enterprise applications is preferred.
