Management Consulting Expert for AI Model Training

Join a leading AI lab''s cutting-edge GenAI team and help build foundational AI models from the ground up. This role offers the opportunity to leverage your expertise in Management Consulting to enhance the quality of AI training data and contribute to the advancement of Large Language Models.

• Guide research teams to close knowledge gaps and improve AI model performance in Management Consulting and Corporate Strategy topics.
• Create and maintain precise annotation standards tailored to consulting frameworks and problem-solving methodologies, setting the gold standard for quality and rigor.
• Develop guidelines and detailed rubrics/evaluation frameworks to assess strategic reasoning, case analysis, and advisory judgment across tasks.
• Evaluate consulting tasks and solutions, providing clear, written feedback.
• Collaborate with other subject matter experts to ensure consistency and accuracy in training data.

• 10+ years of dedicated professional experience in Management Consulting or Corporate Strategy at a recognized, top-tier firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG, Accenture, Oliver Wyman, Kearney, Roland Berger, LEK, Strategy&, or an equivalent in-house strategy function at a Fortune 500 company).
• Demonstrable career progression (e.g., Analyst → Consultant → Engagement Manager or Partner-track equivalent).
• Deep expertise in a core consulting practice, strategy, operations, M&A, digital transformation, or financial advisory.
• Ability to engage reliably for at least 20 hours/week during weekdays.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and interpersonal skills.

This is a W-2 employment position with Cincinnatus LLC, with the opportunity to be placed at a leading AI Lab as part of their extended workforce.

Hourly compensation ranges from $90 to $120.
