About this role

In this role, you''ll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required, your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in client consultations to assess and advise on new engineering pipelines and technical opportunities.
  • Partner with core technical staff to drive innovation and inform research directions within your area of expertise.
  • Create and review challenging sample tasks and scenarios for use in new pipeline development.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot system failures, often with limited or incomplete data.
  • Evaluate and communicate critical tradeoffs between cost, reliability, and performance in system design.
  • Advise on the application of AI and emerging technologies within electrical engineering domains.
  • Clearly articulate technical risks and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in advanced circuit design, system troubleshooting, and reliability analysis.
  • Exceptional judgement and prioritization abilities in high-ambiguity scenarios.
  • Strong systems-thinking mindset, with a holistic approach to engineering challenges.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills, especially when facing incomplete information.
  • Demonstrated ownership and accountability in delivering impactful recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to distill complex issues for diverse audiences.
  • Deep understanding of trade-offs involved in real-world engineering and deployment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Track record advising teams on cutting-edge research or high-stakes commercial engineering projects.
  • Experience with AI-driven solutions or advanced automation in electrical systems.
  • Published contributions or patents in relevant engineering fields.
