About this role

As a Customer Success Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that users of our platform have a seamless and enjoyable experience from the moment they apply for jobs to when they receive their payments. You will be the first point of contact for many users, addressing their questions and concerns while collaborating closely with our engineering team to resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to support requests from users experiencing issues or having questions about applying for roles on our platform.
  • Triage and investigate reported issues, utilizing telemetry data, inspecting network requests, writing database queries, and troubleshooting common browser problems.
  • Consolidate insights and provide recommendations for product improvements based on user feedback.
  • Develop user-facing documentation to address frequently asked questions in our support queue.
  • Maintain an enthusiastic and positive tone while crafting responses in near-perfect English.
Qualifications
  • Proven ability to debug web applications, supported by either:
    • A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, OR
    • Experience in building modern web applications (React, Node, Flask, Next.js, etc.), OR
    • 2-5 years of experience in customer support for web applications.
  • Experience with SaaS-based products.
  • Familiarity with support platforms such as Zendesk, Intercom, Help Scout, Freshdesk, or Crisp.

Annual Salary: $40, 000 - $50, 000
