About this role

Role Overview:

This position involves designing realistic, context-rich scenarios and generating high-quality data for training next-generation AI systems. The focus is on creating user-directed outputs in Korean while adhering to structured guidelines. Ideal candidates will possess strong language skills and a keen attention to detail, making this a non-technical role suitable for multilingual content specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and refine natural, high-quality queries in Korean.
  • Write expected outputs in Korean that reflect correct and fluent responses.
  • Translate key components into English to support internal validation workflows.
  • Collect and reference supporting sources to ensure queries are grounded and verifiable.
  • Follow structured guidelines to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment across all generated data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate on outputs and improve data quality.

Qualifications:

  • Multilingual capabilities are mandatory (English and Korean): Ability to read and write in English and Korean with a high degree of comprehension skills.
  • 2+ years of experience in content writing, translation, or localization.
  • Ability to follow structured guidelines and work within defined workflows.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor''s degree or undergraduate in Engineering, Literature, Journalism, Communications, Arts, Statistics, or a related field. Candidates without a Bachelor''s degree but with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
  • Experience creating datasets for LLMs (prompt writing, SFT, RLHF, eval benchmarks, red teaming, QA).

Work Terms:

  • Commitments Required: At least 4 hours per day and a minimum of 20 hours per week with 4 hours of overlap with PST.
  • Engagement Type: Contractor assignment/freelancer (no medical/paid leave).
  • Duration of Contract: 3 months (with potential for extension).
  • This role will require some overlap with UTC-8:00 (4 hrs/day) America/Los_Angeles.
