As a Cell/Molecular Biologist specializing in stem cells, you will leverage your expertise to enhance AI training initiatives. This remote contract position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the intersection of life sciences and artificial intelligence, playing a crucial role in the design and evaluation of scientific rubrics and training data for next-generation AI applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and review training and evaluation materials related to stem cell biology for AI model development.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in cellular and molecular biology, ensuring scientific accuracy across datasets and content.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to define standards and best practices for biological data annotation and rubric design.
  • Analyze, interpret, and validate complex biological information with a focus on stem cell systems.
  • Deliver constructive written and verbal feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables and consistent knowledge transfer.
  • Contribute to the continual improvement of rubric guidelines based on user and model requirements.
  • Stay current with emerging trends in stem cell and molecular biology to inform project goals and training content.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor''s degree or higher in Biology, Molecular Biology, Cellular Biology, or a closely related discipline.
  • Demonstrated expertise in stem cell biology, including lab or research experience.
  • Strong proficiency in written and verbal communication, capable of explaining complex concepts clearly.
  • Solid background in cellular and molecular biology principles and techniques.
  • Familiarity with data analysis, interpretation, and quality assurance in a scientific context.
  • Proven attention to detail with a commitment to scientific rigor and data integrity.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and work independently in a fully remote, collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with rubric design, evaluation, or scientific data annotation.
  • Advanced degree (Master’s, PhD) in a relevant biological field.
Work Terms:

Contract position, fully remote.

Compensation:
