C# Developer for AI Training

This role focuses on leveraging your C# development expertise to contribute to the training of next-generation AI systems. Your work will directly influence how models learn, reason, and perform by providing high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is necessary; your domain knowledge is what counts.

• Design, develop, and optimize C# applications and services according to project requirements and industry best practices.
• Collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions efficiently.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, working closely with DevOps to streamline workflows and deployments on Azure and AWS.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, design patterns, and best practices in object-oriented programming.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical challenges with a strong emphasis on problem-solving.
• Document technical decisions and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• 5+ years of professional C# development experience, with a strong foundation in .NET and object-oriented programming.
• Expertise in design patterns and best practices for scalable, maintainable code.
• Proficiency with Git for version control and collaborative development workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Azure and AWS cloud platforms.
• Strong DevOps skills, including CI/CD pipeline creation and maintenance.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a remote, Agile environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, essential for AI training collaboration.

• Prior experience contributing to AI or machine learning projects.
• Background in training or mentoring other developers.
• Familiarity with additional programming languages or cloud services.

Employment Type: Contract

Hourly Rate: $30 - $80
