Key Responsibilities:

Your daily tasks will involve addressing various analytical questions and creating scenarios that facilitate the training of LLMs. Examples of your work may include:

  • Analyzing sales distributions to determine growth across locations, considering time periods and variability.
  • Solving logical puzzles related to delivery routes in a neighborhood scenario, ensuring clarity and correctness in your explanations.

Qualifications:

  • Multilingual Capabilities: Proficiency in both English and Finnish is essential.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong research and analytical abilities.
  • Feedback Skills: Capability to provide constructive feedback and detailed annotations.
  • Creative Thinking: Ability to think creatively and laterally.
  • Communication: Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Independence: Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  • Commitment: Willingness to commit to 40 hours per week during US hours.
  • Technical Setup: A desktop or laptop with a reliable internet connection is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor''s degree or undergraduate experience in Engineering, Literature, Journalism, Communications, Arts, Statistics, or a related field is preferred, though relevant experience will also be considered.
  • Professional writing experience in roles such as business analyst, research analyst, copywriter, journalist, technical writer, editor, or translator.
  • Familiarity with Excel and Google Suite.
  • Proficiency in data interpretation, logical reasoning, and basic arithmetic is highly desirable.
