Buildium Specialist for AI Training

Use your hands-on Buildium and property management experience to complete realistic property management workflows and produce high-quality interaction data that supports the development and evaluation of advanced AI systems.

• Complete assigned workflows and tasks in Buildium using practical property management knowledge.
• Work with Buildium features related to properties, tenants, leases, payments, maintenance, and day-to-day property operations.
• Create, update, and manage property, tenant, and lease information according to provided workflow instructions.
• Complete common workflows involving tenant management, leasing, rent and payment tracking, and maintenance requests.
• Record your screen while completing assigned workflows and clearly demonstrate the steps taken.
• Create realistic prompts and detailed rubrics based on completed workflows.
• Document workflow steps and explain the Buildium tools, features, and actions used.
• Review task outputs for accuracy and alignment with project guidelines.
• Follow project instructions and quality standards while working independently in a remote environment.

• Strong hands-on experience using Buildium in a professional property management environment.
• Experience with property management, tenant and lease management, maintenance coordination, or property operations.
• Current access to Buildium and the ability to use the platform independently.
• Comfort recording and sharing your screen while completing Buildium workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to clearly explain workflows and processes.
• Prior human data experience, such as data annotation, labeling, RLHF, AI response evaluation, model evaluation, or similar work, is preferred.
• Familiarity with rent and payment management and property management reporting is a plus.

• Remote contract engagement.
• Work is completed independently within provided project instructions and quality standards.

Pay ranges from $28 to $92 per hour.
