Bilingual Vietnamese Psychologist (PhD)

Role Overview

Apply clinical and academic psychology expertise to help improve AI systems through culturally informed, bilingual evaluation and content development. This remote contract role focuses on creating, reviewing, and refining psychological materials in Vietnamese and English. Prior AI experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze psychological case studies and documentation, providing nuanced feedback grounded in professional experience.
• Develop culturally sensitive psychological scenarios and materials in Vietnamese and English for model training and data enrichment.
• Evaluate AI-generated content for accuracy, ethical considerations, and alignment with psychological best practices.
• Interpret and refine psychological assessments while preserving meaning across languages and cultural contexts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support effective solutions for diverse user needs.
• Document evaluation methods and findings clearly and systematically to support transparency and reproducibility.

Qualifications

• PhD in Psychology and demonstrated experience in both clinical and academic settings.
• Native or near-native Vietnamese and English fluency, including the ability to work with complex psychological terminology in both languages.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, sound ethical decision-making, and cultural sensitivity in multicultural environments.
• Experience developing or evaluating psychological case studies and assessments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including translating nuanced psychological concepts between Vietnamese and English.
• Comfort using digital tools for remote collaboration and documentation.

Work Terms

• Remote contract engagement.

Compensation

• $100 to $200 per hour.
