Creative Professional for AI Training and Evaluation

Apply your creative judgment to help evaluate and improve frontier AI outputs. Your professional standards will inform the criteria used to assess design, writing, and creative work that models cannot reliably judge on their own.

This is an ongoing talent pool for arts and design professionals interested in AI training and evaluation assignments, rather than a guaranteed immediate opening. Projects may begin on short notice, and matching professionals are invited when relevant work becomes available.

• Create briefs based on completed work, including the intended audience, constraints, required quality standard, and a reference answer used to evaluate model responses.
• Assess AI generated design, writing, and imagery for craft, including visual hierarchy, intentional typography and color choices, and whether writing merits its length.
• Identify output that may be technically competent but unsuitable for release because of brand, accessibility, licensing, or medium specific limitations.

• Professional experience in design, writing, or another creative production discipline.
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to clearly explain creative reasoning.
• Comfort working through ambiguity and raising unclear instructions.
• A portfolio is more important than formal credentials, particularly your ability to articulate why creative work succeeds or falls short.

• Graphic design and UX/UI design.
• Visual arts, including painting and sculpture.
• Performing arts, including music and theatre.
• Film and media production, photography.
• Fashion and textile design.
• Writing and editing.

• Remote, hourly project work.
• This pool does not itself accept or reject candidates, so no hiring decision is issued for this listing.

• Each project invitation identifies the rate, hours, and client, with hiring decisions made for that specific engagement.

Creative assignments have paid $60 to $80 per hour. Rates are set by project according to scope and depth.
