About this role
Contribute a one-time Apple Health export to help build a de-identified real-world health dataset that combines HealthKit information, including activity, heart, and sleep data, with clinical records such as immunizations, laboratory results, medications, vitals, and clinical notes.
Key Responsibilities- Complete your Apple HealthKit profile with data in every category that applies to you. Profiles containing only step data are not eligible.
- Connect health records from at least one qualifying institution through Apple’s Health Records network, including immunizations, lab results, medications, vitals, and clinical notes.
- Consent to share four demographic attributes: age, gender, approximate region, and activity level.
- Submit a genuine export from your own Health app, with continuous history rather than data from a single day.
- You must have visited at least one qualifying institution and have that institution’s health records actively connected to Apple HealthKit.

- Your linked EHR must include all four clinical categories, immunizations, lab results, medications, and vitals, plus clinical notes. Clinical notes are mandatory. Submissions without them cannot be accepted or compensated and will be returned.
- All four demographic permissions are required. Without consent, a submission cannot be made.
Your identity and raw health information are excluded from the dataset. Exports are de-identified before analysis using a HIPAA Safe Harbor style process: identifiers are removed, dates and locations are generalized, and notes are scrubbed. You receive a random ID, while the identity link is held separately and does not travel with the data. You may withdraw consent at any time to have your data removed.
Work Terms- Remote, one-time contribution.
- Submit one export per participant. A later re-export may be available to refresh your data.
$60 for the one-time contribution.
