Key Responsibilities:

  • Create realistic business-related prompts based on defined user goals.
  • Interact with multiple AI chatbots, engaging in conversations with a maximum of 5 turns each.
  • Assess the quality of responses based on clarity, usefulness, and accuracy.
  • Provide structured feedback and comparative evaluations of chatbot responses.
  • Submit conversation transcripts along with your evaluation results.

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a business owner or a strong understanding of small business operations.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to follow structured evaluation guidelines.
  • Comfortable interacting with AI tools.
